Information we receive
When you ask about the pilot, you provide your name, email address and message. If you join, we receive account and invitation details, including your name and email address. The app stores the product and delivery-board information you and your colleagues choose to add, such as initiative titles, dates, goals, updates and comments. Technical records needed to operate and protect the service may also be generated.
Why we use it
We use contact details to reply to your enquiry, arrange pilot access and send board invitations. We use account and board information to provide the shared product views, manage access and support the pilot. We use technical records to keep the service working and investigate problems. These uses are based on taking steps you request to access the service, providing the service to participants, and our legitimate interests in running and protecting it. We may also keep information where a legal obligation requires it.
Who can see it
People invited to a board can see information on the boards they are given access to. We use service providers for website and app hosting, data storage, contact-form delivery and transactional email. They process information to help us run Candour. We do not ask you to put sensitive personal information in initiative titles or comments; please contact us before adding sensitive delivery data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage pilot access. Account and board information is kept while the account is in use. If you ask us to remove information or close an account, we will review the request and explain any information we need to retain for legal, security or operational reasons. Technical records and backups may take additional time to expire.
Browser storage
This public website does not include an analytics script. The Candour app uses browser storage to keep you signed in. Your browser and the services used to deliver the site and contact form may use essential technical storage.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about how we use it. Other rights, including objecting to some uses or asking for a copy, may apply depending on the circumstances. Email plamen@agilecatalyst.co.uk and we will respond. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
We will update this page as the pilot and its data handling evolve. If a change materially affects participants, we will bring it to their attention.
